Recolored Red Bel to be black in every outfit. Inspired by lazlo1738 and P4NTO on Gamebanana, compared the og skins to their mods and found what pixels to change for skin tone, so thanks to them for their help. I'm no modder but I'll figure some shi out if yall want me to lol.

Ikki Minami - The Sky King - From Air Gear
Hello! This is my first custom character for BRC! I saw that there was a character port of Ikki from the Anime/Manga Air Gear. But it had some issues, so I decided to put my skills to the test and completely make a new model for Ikki. The only things I've kept from the original is the hair, and the face texture. Nicely detailed outfit.
