This mod makes all Pals upgrades free of charge and with an LV100 with a 300% increase in parameters.
NOTE: You will need at least one Small Pal Soul for the mod to work.
INSTRUCTIONS
Extract and put the .PAK into the ~mods folder.
If the ~mods folder does not exist, create it and it will work.
