Perhaps the most respected car dealer throughout Palmont's underground racing scene, Neville was tasked by Darius to offer the player a car to start out in their racing misadventures. Neville also offered his services as a "blocker", ramming rival racers out of the way for the player to be in the lead.
I did this as a little tribute to the late and great Chris Gauthier, a Canadian character actor who appeared in numerous productions such as Stargate, NFS Carbon and Once Upon a Time as William Smee. Chris mentioned in an interview that he used to play the Tony Hawk games back in the day, hence my idea of immortalising him in THPS 1+2.
This mod replaces Officer Dick- er, Jack Black, though I do plan to make it as a proper addon skater in the future.
