The reason for most of the mods not being in the mod list is because they 'technically' are. Some of the mods in the mod list requires the mods that are missing, so they will get downloaded when you download that mod.

Why so many mods not shown in the video but listed here, also mods in the video that are not listed here?

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the video and appreciated the review of mods but would it be so hard to include all in the video for us to see?
