Fixes to various work suitability levels of Pals without being overpowered or game breaking.

To sum it up:
Robinquill Terra loses planting ability for absolutely no reason as it is still a grass type.
Broncherry Aqua loses planting as well in spite of gaining a type without losing Grass.
Felbat has literally a single skill. Medicine crafting.
And Lyleen Noct loses planting and gains absolutely nothing to compensate, not even 'nocturnal' activity.
Bushi is literally all about cutting stuff.
And a lot of Pals had a weird disparity between skills and their elemental types. EG: "This has level 1 kindling but the counterpart has level 2 cooling."
So, what this mod does:
I added planting Level 1 to Robinquill Terra to match it's normal counterpart. (It gained Ground type, but didn't lose grass type. Makes no sense to lose Planting.)
I added/restored Planting Level 3 to Broncherry Aqua. It gains water, doesn't lose Grass. Just like with Robinquill, makes no sense to not keep planting.
I upped Felbat's medicine making by +1 to tier 4. Since that's literally the ONLY thing the Pal can do.
I upped Lyleen Noct's medicine by +1 making to tier 4. A +1 medicine making bump is at least a semi fair tradeoff for losing Planting level 4. Also made it 'Nocturnal' so it should work through the night. The fact it didn't have this trait, but literally had more or less an allusion to being nocturnal in it's name itself made little sense.
Upgraded/changed other Type/Subtype skills to match their counterpart's levels.
Surfent Terra gets +1 Collecting to match it's Water counterpart.
Wumpo Boton gets +1 Planting to match it's Ice coutnerpart.
Vanwyrm gets +1 Kindling to match it's Ice counterpart.
Relaxaurus gets +1 Watering to match it's Electric counterpart.
I added +1 to Helzephyr's Transport, since it's the only bird that is exclusively transport. Furthermore, the only other Pal that had tier 4 transport was Wumpo...Who already has a ton of other skills so often is not actually transporting and is doing other things instead.
I also added +1 mining, to the literal living drill Pal Digtoise. C'mon Pocketpair, the entire theme of this Pal is mining/drilling. Why would you not have it equal to the best miner tier in the game?
Also, added Nocturnal to Nox. Not only is the internal name of it "NightFox", but it only spawns at night, and even it's paldeck description talks about it bringing a neverending night. The fact it is not Nocturnal is just... Absolutely bizarre to me.
And finally,
Bushi now has Level 4 Lumbering.
While Lumbering isn't really THAT useful a skill to begin with, it still seemed weird to me that a creature that is basically a living blade didn't have a higher logging skill. So, +1 lumbering to it.
To use this mod: simply unzip it into Palworld\Pal\Content\Paks\~mods.
Probably not compatible with other mods that change work suitability.
Minor Disclaimer:
Keep in mind I am new to modding, and I only learned how to change the work suitability stuff to fix the stuff that personally bugged me. This mod is mostly for my personal use, but I figured there have to be other people out there that are frustrated with the same things, but annoyed that the only other skill things available (At the time of writing this anyway) are basically EVERYONE GETS LEVEL 4 EVERYTHING, or etc. So I figured I'd share it to the public.
And I am glad I did, because the comments I got on it gave me more inspiration/ideas of other things to fix that I had not thought of prior.
