moira gives you an "environment suit" as reward for an optional objective in her wasteland survival guide quest. i always felt that wording implied something a little more... all-terrain? more of a hazard suit, less of a radiation suit. i don't know if those aren't synonymous but i feel like they imply something different. anyway. male and female models, pipboy support, dismemberment, etc. requires an .esp and makes hard edits to the environment suit. if it conflicts with anything you can fix it quite easily in xEdit.
