This sophisticated overhaul introduces authentic systems for managing hunger, thirst, fatigue, and health, making strategic resource management essential for thriving in the Mojave Wasteland.
Key Enhancements:
- Water Bottling System: A dynamic mechanic that necessitates proactive water sourcing and bottling to maintain hydration in the desert's challenging conditions.
- Gradual Food Consumption: Foods now gradually restore hunger levels, allowing for a more realistic and strategic approach to managing nutrition and satiation over time.
- No Food/Drink Healing: Heal effects are removed from foods and drinks. Mod is designed heal from satiation effect as i explain below.
- Satiation / HP Regen / Limb Restore: Attaining a "Satiated" status (hunger level below 200) confers enhanced slow health regeneration and limb restoration benefits based on endurance stat and survival skill, essential for maintaining combat readiness and health, with limb restoration activated at full health while sleeping based on endurance and survival skills. (Note: HP Regeneration and limb restoring effects getting weaker as your hunger levels getting close to 200)
- Portable Cooking Methods: You can use metal cooking pots, metal cooking pans, pressure cookers and ovens as campfire if you have at least one pilot light in inventory. But all recipes consume 5 flamer fuels.
- Dehydration Mechanics: Dehydration is meticulously staged across five levels, with increasing penalties to Agility, Endurance, Strength, and Perception for dehydration thresholds of 200, 400, 600, and 800, respectively. A level of 1000 triggers instant death, as in the vanilla game.
- Alcohol Effects: Consuming alcoholic beverages now significantly exacerbates dehydration, posing a strategic consideration regarding the trade-offs of using such items for their temporary benefits versus the risk of dehydration.
- Sleep Deprivation: Introduces a detailed fatigue system, where sleep deprivation begins to impact max AP after 100 sleep deprivation, with penalties scaled according to the player's Endurance and Survival skills, highlighting the necessity of rest.
- Enhanced UI Elements: Inspired by Fallout 4, intuitive red UI bars for AP and HP visually indicate the effects of radiation and fatigue, improving gameplay interaction and survival management.
- Radiation and Health Dynamics: A revamped radiation system alters health impacts and visually represents radiation levels like in Fallout 4, offering new challenges for players to manage.
- Realistic Needs Rate: Needs increasing rates adjusted according to real life. You need to sleep 8 hours in every 24 game hours. You need to drink at least 2 liters of water and eat food at for at least twice a day.

This mod requires NVSE , JIP LN NVSE, ShowOff xNVSE Plugin and SUP NVSE for full functionality. Compatibility with existing HUD or survival mechanic mods is advised to ensure seamless gameplay.
Known/Possible Issues:
- UI testing was conducted primarily at a resolution of 1920x1080.
- The red UI bar may persist during VATS and loading screens without image unexpectedly.
