McNasty Overhaul TTW
This mod addresses companions boring generic weapons and outfits (particularly in FO3) by replacing them with more interesting unique gear. There is also a basic version which is compatible with the Two Wastelands Redesigned mod. The full version gives Females a different appearance, nude bodies ( type3 and 4), and makes their outfits playable. Any assets I have used have permissions granted and a completely different file structures, in most cases custom textures and sound, and new repair lists have been made so conflicts should not occur.
Butch
Since you can't recruit Butch until after the main quest I gave him a Colt M2011 .44 pistol dealing 40 base damage, making him much more viable in the late game. Like most weapons in this mod it is based on the great work of Moraelin. His 454 Casull Auto looks just like a Colt M1900 so I made a fictional version of that with engraving and custom sound.
Charon
Gave him a unique default outfit from a retextured mashup, his shotgun is just too iconic to change.
Clover
The only companion I gave a different combat style, she is now geared for stealth. I never cared for her shotgun so now she carries a compact silenced pistol and a longsword. She still looks like Clover but hopefully a prettier version, with a more realistic skin tone, minor changes to her face, new hair (that works with headgear) and a type4 body. She has custom outfits in her footlocker located near the motorcycle in her pad.
Dogmeat
I implemented a 2k up-scaled version of the unused German Shepherd skin for him.
Fawkes
I just made his clothing 2k. His skin will be covered by any retexture you choose.
Jericho
My favourite part of the mod. Being a massive fan of James Cameron's Aliens I gave him an outfit in the style of a Colonial Marine. He carries an M41A pulse rifle with quality new textures and frankly perfect sound effects. His skin tone has been changed so he no longer looks purple.
Star Paladin Cross
I made her a bit younger looking, Cross in her prime. She wears urban camo T-45g power armor and under that has a type3m body. Her generic laser pistol was replaced with a plasma blaster with classic Star Wars sound.
Arcade
He has a unique automatic Enclave laser pistol based on the Cool Lasers HD mod. I remade all the textures to be fancy.
Boone
Just a new sniper rifle for him and its a beast, I call it Alpha. It is based on the mod called Bravo! with a more weathered look and different sound.
Cass
I left her looks and outfit vanilla to have a Female companion using whatever base body is installed. Her caravan shotgun has been upgraded to an AA-12 with digital desert camo, deadly at close range.
Veronica
Changed her appearance with a custom type3m body and new face and hair. Her default outfit has been simply recoloured and she carries an Elysium AK to reflect her BOS affiliation.
