A cleaned and optimized version of Bobobass84's TTW HD Texture Pack at Fallout New Vegas - mods and community (nexusmods.com)
The original texture pack is around 65GB and comes in 19 files, mine is about 16GB uncompressed in one file and the zip you download is under 8GB. I have gone through all the textures manually (yes that took a while) and removed some misplaced duplicate DLC textures, a lot of leftover lod textures, normal maps, and dodgy things like 4k cubemaps. Once all that was tidied up I used a program to reduce all 4k textures to 2k. I also included my fixed Riley's Ranger armor, an edited decal that appears a lot on sidewalks, and the clouds from my old No Bugs Sky mod. See last screenshots for before and after of fixes.
My file includes only diffuse textures, nothing is above 2k except for Liberty Prime and Behemoth's for obvious reasons. There are no NPC skin textures apart from a few things like heads on spikes setdressing. The textures are very high quality and provide (I think) the best all in one visual remaster available. I have tested performance and for me it was exactly the same as a base unmodded TTW. The only areas where additional texture mods are needed in my opinion are a simple blood decal, and of course weapons can be way better.
