Simple addition so should be compatible with any mods altering TFs but will not add new TFs from mods.
I am not sure how this would work if picked on a ruler that then ascends. I could disable this behavior but i d rather see someone test this first.

Known issues:
I have not been able to find a way to lock it to pantheon heroes or clear incompatible TFs on casting a race TF spell.
As such these skills can be picked with any hero.
This can result in incompatible TFs on heroes if after picking a skill you then transform the heroes race. Maybe even in duplicated stats when applying the same TF (have not checked this). While there are likely no gamebreaking issues with this i advise against it.
