Cutting or destroying limbs allowed even if they have full HP.

The game doesn't allow damaging the body of the AI until their health drops to a specific percentage.
This mod is made to spice the chore of killing by letting you cut, damage, and break any body part, even if they're at full health. Break their mouths, cut their heads, take off chunks from every limb without killing them. Make a mess.
It works with humans, banshees, biters, armored biters, bolters, goons, screamers, spitters, virals and volatiles. Each one has it's own custom preset with dismember/damage chance set for every body part. There won't be any optional versions of this mod, but you are free to tweak it as you want.
This is just a snack from my other mod Just Ragdoll, that's where the real magic is at.
