About this mod

Aims to make Quality affinity scaling more viable and cost effective compared to Keen and Heavy scaling, especially in early to mid game.
Makes slight increase in the base physical damage of quality weapons as well as a minor bump in the Strength and Dex scaling.

Permissions and credits
These changes are made in the `ReinforceParamWeapon` parameter and therefore will retroactively apply to any weapon that can and has been quality infused.
Additionally I have included a .csv for merging.

The amount of the base physical damage of a weapon with Quality scaling is decreased by over twice as much (~2.5) as the Keen/Heavy weapons when compared to the Standard version. I roughly brought this to about twice the amount decreased in base damage than Keen/Heavy as well as small bump in how much Str/Dex scales for Quality.

Example breakdown:
- Using Banished Knight's Greatsword as a random weapon to just test the numbers. Changes would be equivalent on other weapons though let me know if you find a value that seems way to extreme or out the ordinary for other weapons and I would be happy to investigate.

Starting at 20 Strength and 20 Dex, here is how the vanilla + scaling changes compare.

- A Standard +25 would have 347 base physical damage + 116 scaling = 463 AR
- Heavy +25 would have 321 base physical damage + 148 scaling = 469 AR
- Keen +25 would have 321 base physical damage + 152 scaling = 473 AR
- Vanilla Quality +25 would have 280 base physical damage + 183 scaling = 463 AR
- Modded Quality +25 now has 294 base physical damage + 186 scaling = 480 AR

Where Quality before would be weaker than all the rest, if Strength is equal Dex, quality would be more viable.

Now assume a scenario where you had 60 points to distribute.

Investing in Strength would result in 80 Strength / 20 Dex. Damage would be as follows:

- Standard +25 : 347 phys + 258 scaling = 605 AR
- Heavy +25 : 321 phys + 381 scaling = 702 AR
- Vanilla Q. +25 : 280 + 363 = 643 AR
- Modded Q. +25 : 294 + 368 = 662 AR

And vice versa for 20 Strength / 80 Dex:
- Standard +25 : 347 + 233 = 580 AR
- Keen +25 : 321 + 356 = 677 AR
- Vanilla Q. +25 : same 643 as above
- Modded Q. +25 : same 662 as above

Lastly if we instead went half & half in investing ,we would have 50 Strength / 50 Dex:
- Vanilla Q. +25 : 280 + 402 = 682 AR
- Modded Q. +25 : 294 + 407 = 701 AR

TL;DR: If you are going full Strength or full Dex it would still be stronger to infuse for their respective types. But if you were to invest the same amount of levels in both Strength and Dex equally, the damage should be comparable.
