To install, simply go to your FMOD\Desktop folder (Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\FMOD\Desktop), then replace Sins Level.bank with this file (make a backup of the original first!). Will likely conflict with any other Sins of the Father music/sound mod that touches that bank file.
