Melonloader 0.5.7 Set Up
(We are aware this current tutorial is awful, we will have a better one out soon)
To set up the mod there is a decent bit of steps. First you have to set up Melonloader 0.5.7, the steps for doing so are covered in this video from 0:30 to 1:30
Then download the file from Nexus, and drag that into your Melonloader mod folder, also note the config file that will be important.
Next you have to set up the server side of the mod
2. It may ask you to create account, so sign up or log in
3. Hamachi should pop up. Up on the tabs, click 'Network'
4. If you want to join a Hamachi room, click 'Join an existing network' and type in the network ID and password
5. If you want to create a Hamachi room, click 'Create a new network' and type in the network ID and the password you want. Save them because you might not be able to recover these!
6. Hamachi should give you and everyone in the room unique IP address.
Note: This IP address will only work within the VPN that Hamachi created!
Hosting and Joining SigiMP Test
1. If you are hosting the SigiMP game, then the first line in SigiMultiplayerConfig.txt should be true.
2. If you are joining a SigiMP game, then the first line in SigiMultiplayerConfig.txt should be false, and the second line should be the host's Hamachi IP address.
3. When you both are within the same room, press the M and P key at the same time
- Help With Installing, is our tutorial good enough how can we help people with set up
- How does the mod run on other PCs? Does it cause crashes and frame rate issues
- The Penrose Progression
- Lack of a Movement Animation
- Teleportation for Movement
- Lack of ability for the mod to handle anything outside of the Penrose and PenHole scenes (well it will load them but we have 0 idea what will occur)
