This mod requires BOTH Content Patcher and HD Portraits It is also meant to be used in tandem with Seasonal Cute Characters for East Scarp If you were previously using the original talkohlooeys' East Scarp Portraits, make sure to remove it. If you have both at once they'll conflict with each other and neither will load.
