The mod "Play as anyone" has always frustrated me, because some details of some faces weren't to my taste.
So I've changed the textures and got rid of the hair/brows/wrinkles/paint of pre-existing faces with the EGO PSSG Editor.
Once you've downloaded the file you want, just place the folder "equipment" into your "datalocal" folder.
I couldn't put them all into a single file, as there are only 8 female faces. If you want to download many of them and see the result in one loading, just change the number of each "hea_huf_player_01" between 01 to 08.
