Adds a height slider to the CET menu for the Immersive First Person mod.

Expands on the already excellent Immersive First Person by Bonaniki to include a height slider for those of us who feel a bit short when playing the game.
As this is the initial release there may be well be issues that I haven't seen myself yet, please do report anything found in the comments.

- Requirements -
Immersive First Person and all it's dependencies.
- Installation -
1) Install all dependencies.
2) Unpack the downloaded modfile into your main game directory.
3) Overwrite the init.lua, config.lua and helpers.lua file when prompted.
- Upgrade -
Same procedure as installation, note that your current settings will be overwritten!
- Uninstallation -
Delete the folder \Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\ImmersiveFirstPerson, or you can re-install the regular IFP mod overwriting this one.
