Makes Level 1 of the Cultist perk from Adamant work for all Daedric Shrine/Meditation Blessings in Gods and Worship. Also removes level 2 of both the Pilgrim and Cultist perks.

My reasoning for removing level 2 of Pilgrim and Cultist is that (for the sake of consistency) I'd either have to do that or to add a bonus Blessing to all of the other Daedric Shrines, and at that point I'm just adding Pilgrim into GnW, which Defeats the purpose of this patch in the first place.
