Removes UNNECESSARY locational imagespace modifications. (Only outside Bleakfalls Barrow right now, but more to come!)

The problem
Someone at BGS placed THIS object BY HAND right here:
The explanation
That thing above is an object that trigges a heavily saturated Imagespace effect within a specific radius. Do not install if you like pouring sand in your eyes. All of you have probably seen it and considered replacing your weather mod. For the most part, it's not THAT big of a deal, but if you play with weather mods that make the nights darker it's horrid.
This is what I saw, on my way to Bleakfalls Barrow (NSFW):
Anyways, this mod gets rid of it. And I'm planning to find even more of these abominations.
This is done in the same manner as in Lightened Skyrim - BOS Edition.

Compatibility
Compatible with everything! No esp, no world space edits, no conflicts! Just better visuals you're welcome.
Safe to uninstall/install at any time (except when the effect is active, more on this under Support).

I will fix more of the instances once I find them. Let me know if you find more weird visual effects that trigger at specific locations!
Also, please do not install this while the imagespace effect is active. If you do, the effect will get stuck. If however you did do this mistake and is angerly reading this, please go back to the place where the effect is triggered, save and deactivate the mod. Load the same save again and move to another location, making sure that the effect fades away and disappears. There, now you can install the mod again. All set!
