A collection of bug fixes for Northpoint, which is one of my absolute favorite new lands mods.
I tried to be objective with it - though I've made many other tweaks to the mod in my own game, I figured for a public release it should only include changes that are strictly fixes or entirely beneficiary. This was originally going to be released as a patch just to add horse purchase functionality, but I had a few other things noted and "Northpoint Unofficial Patch" rolls off the tongue better than "Northpoint But You Can Buy A Horse", so why not go all the way?

Primary Fix:
The Northpoint Stables had a horse available and intended for player purchase, but no quest/dialogue set up so that you actually could purchase it. I've created one and now the horse can be purchased. Speak to Chenlac, the stablemaster, to buy it.

IANPTreeSnowPineForestUprooted01 is a fallen tree mesh that was mistakenly using ground textures for its branches for an exceedingly ugly result.
Aegulhun and Leofith (the blacksmith and his wife) were not in the IANPNorthpointBlacksmithFaction leading to ownership issues.
Northpoint Pudding and Breton Berry Cake (the two very nice-looking unique foods added in the mod) were not purchasable from any vendors and were only obtainable through stealing or cooking them yourself. They have been added to IANPLItemFoodPrepared and Survival Mode hunger keywords have also been added to them.
The six-book series Fools' Ebony was unobtainable and has been restored to IANPLItemBook2All which is where its ID had it categorized.
The lore book Battle of Shornhelm Pass was unobtainable. Its ID IANPDunbarrowStoryBook implies it was meant to be found uniquely in Dunbarrow and as such has been restored there.
Sheep Pelts (dropped by sheep) had no recipe to be turned into leather and were therefore useless. A recipe has been added.
Bannerman Greatsword swing speed adjusted to match USSEP.
