Sets all levels of the DMG Cap sigil to 1337%, be the "Elite" you know you are....
This was just done as a way for me to start getting used to the hex editing needed for granblue gameplay edits., it is not meant to be used for a reasonable gameplay experience
Requires the mod manager and all that the manager requires to function.
*if you have skill_status.tbl from another mod somewhere, the game will crash as only 1 mod can be altering the same file...
